Graphic & Brand Designer

Boutiques Singapore is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Graphic & Brand Designer to support the creative development of Singapore’s leading independent shopping event. This role involves designing and adapting brand assets across various platforms, ensuring consistent and thoughtful brand expression across every touchpoint.You will play an integral role in maintaining the integrity of the Boutiques visual experience, and work closely with the marketing and production teams. As we are a small team working in a fast-paced environment, you should be comfortable taking initiative across different functions and demonstrate discipline working independently.

Location

You will work from home with regular meetings in person. You must be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Design and adapt visual assets across print and digital platforms, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop all event wayfinding and environmental graphics, including signage, maps, and directional systems.
  • Create collateral for campaigns and special projects (e.g., media gifts, brand kits).
  • Liaise with printers and external vendors to prepare production-ready artwork, review proofs, and ensure quality execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of creative materials according to project timelines and production schedules.
  • Contribute ideas for experiential design and future brand touchpoints as the role evolves.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in brand, marketing, or event-related contexts.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and familiarity with Figma.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, and typography for both print and digital media.
  • Experience preparing artwork for print production and coordinating with printers.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Preferred Skills

  • Experience with spatial or environmental graphics (e.g., wayfinding or exhibition layouts).
  • Interest in experience design and brand environments.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing.
