Only open to:

  • Emerging designers based in Singapore who have not shown at Boutiques.
  • Your business must be registered and operating in Singapore for no more than 3 years.
  • For the following categories only: women's and men's fashion design & accessories; art and graphic design; furniture and home design.

Our application process

Overview

Application to our events are through this website only — Boutiques does not accept applications through email, DMs, or other platforms.

There are four steps to our application process: account creation; brand profile; event selection; and brand application. Application and account creation are free of charge.

We are strictly curated

There is no hard deadline for applications; however, application to Boutiques is competitive. Applying early will increase your chances of getting into the event.

Have the following ready

  • Information of your brand and collections
  • Images of your products
  • Images of previous event and/or store displays that illustrate your brand’s visual merchandising. Wide, layout images are preferred to close-up shots
  • Information of potential exclusive launches at the event, if any

We look for brands with

  • Original, creative, quality design
  • A strong brand story with socially responsible practices
  • Professional images of products that are ready for sale at the scale of Boutiques
  • A clear vision of your brand’s visual merchandising
  • Products that satisfy a niche market
  • New collections launching exclusively at Boutiques

About the Boutiques Showcase Grant

Boutiques offers a Boutiques Showcase Grant that champions the next generation of designers. This grant seeks to recognise and promote original and high-quality work that pushes the boundaries of creativity and innovation.

This grant is eligible only to recipients that meet our requirements, most notably, that you have yet to showcase at Boutiques and have a business registered in Singapore under 3 years of operation. This grant entitles you to a physical space complete with basic amenities at a heavily subsidised rate for one event, along with social media marketing, callouts in press materials, and mentorship from our curatorial team.

Frequently asked questions

APPLYING

I have not showcased at Boutiques before. Should I apply via the general application form or the Boutiques Showcase Grant?

The Boutiques Showcase Grant is only eligible to businesses that have been registered and operating in Singapore for no more than 3 years. Please choose the general application category if your business has been incorporated for more than 3 years.

As grant selection is rigorous due to the limited number of grants we award, applicants of BSG must demonstrate a proven track record of original work in the areas of fashion design, art and graphic design, furniture or home design only.

Must my business be based in Singapore to show at Boutiques Singapore?

Your business need not be based in Singapore if you are applying via general application and not for our Boutiques Showcase Grant, which is only applicable to businesses registered and operating in Singapore.

Boutiques remains committed to growing the local design industry. 85% of our featured vendors at Boutiques Singapore are Singapore-based businesses, however we actively consider overseas businesses that meet the following criteria:

  1. Your business has a compelling brand story.
  2. Your business offers products that are not widely available in the Singapore market.
  3. Your business values are closely aligned with what we believe in.

When will I hear back about my application?

You will receive an email notification about your application status by 28 February 2026.

I have been waitlisted. What does this mean?

Brands on the waitlist are given priority if a confirmed stallholder has to pull out at the last minute. If you have been placed on the list, you will only be contacted should your brand be deemed a suitable fit to fill that specific vacancy.

Note that being placed on the waiting list does not guarantee you will be showing at the next edition and you will not be contacted if there are no suitable vacancies.

How big is a space at Boutiques?

We offer a range of sizes. The smallest available size is 2m wide by 3m deep.

How much is rental at Boutiques?

Pricing and event registration details will be made available to you upon successful application only.
